Greg brings decades of dental implant experience to Glidewell Laboratories, including the marketing and sales of complex technical devices. He began his career as a sales representative at Steri-Oss, a leading U.S. implant company. Following the company's acquisition by Nobel Biocare, Greg was promoted into the product development group and later to the position of director of marketing. Greg joined Glidewell Laboratories in 2006 as director of implant business development, and he currently serves as chief operating officer.

Glenn graduated from California State University, Dominguez Hills, in 1990. Glenn spent 11 years at public accounting firm KPMG, LLP, as a senior manager. He also served as director of reporting and planning for Advanced Medical Optics Inc., before joining Glidewell in June 2005. His experience with dental technology began long before that: Glenn's father is a retired CDT who worked in private offices and owned his own Southern California lab for 15 years.

Mike graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1987 with a B.S. in electrical/computer engineering and joined Glidewell as CIO in 2008. He has more than 22 years of senior IT and engineering management experience. Mike currently holds a seat on the ADA and ISO Standards Committees for CAD/CAM, assisting in the development of an industry standard for CAD/CAM interoperability. In 2016, Mike was promoted to chief technology officer.

Mike began his dental technology career as a model and die technician in 1977. After graduating in 1981 with a specialty in crown & bridge from the Dental Technology Institute in Orange, Calif., he worked as a technician at various dental labs. Mike moved to the sales and marketing side of the industry upon his arrival in 1984 at Coltène/Whaledent. In 1993, he joined Glidewell Laboratories as director of customer relations and was promoted to manager of sales & marketing four years later. He again advanced in 2013, becoming the director of sales & marketing. As a driving force behind the continued global growth of Glidewell Laboratories, Mike was named vice president of sales & marketing.

As vice president of business operations, Stephenie oversees human resources, regulatory affairs and quality assurance, leadership development, technician education, and product management. Previously, Stephenie held the position of vice president of human resources. She was recently nominated as NHRA's Executive of the Year, and was the recipient of the Strategic Leadership Award. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology from San Jose State University.

Darryl graduated with a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Maine in 1988. His career started at Glidewell in February 1989 in the Shipping & Receiving department. He was then promoted to the Accounting department, where he worked in accounts payable and as assistant to the controller. Finally, he was promoted to vice president of operations, a position he has held since 2008.

Anna began her career at Glidewell Laboratories in 1988 as the first production scheduler. Within a year, she became the shipping manager, a position she held until December 2004. During that time, she gained experience in billing, customer service, payroll and marketing, and package design, while also spending time on the lab floor. In December 2004, Anna was promoted to vice president of logistical development.

Dzevad began his career in dental technology in 1999 with Glidewell Laboratories while attending a two-year dental technology program at Pasadena City College, from which he graduated in 2000. In addition to his career as a dental technician, Dzevad was promoted to general manager of two production divisions — Full-Cast in 2007 and Implants in 2008. In 2013, he was promoted to vice president of lab operations.

Grant began his dental career in R&D at Steri-Oss (now Nobel Biocare) in 1997. Since joining Glidewell in 2007, Grant has been integral in obtaining FDA 510(k) clearances for the company's Inclusive Mini Implants, Tapered Implant System and Custom Implant Abutments. In 2010, he was promoted to director of implant R&D and digital manufacturing and now oversees CAD/CAM, implant product development and manufacturing. He has an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

David joined Glidewell in 2011 as vice president of implant sales & business development. He now serves as president of Prismatik Dentalcraft, Inc., the device and materials manufacturing arm of Glidewell Laboratories, as well as San Diego-based IOS Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Glidewell and manufacturer of the IOS FastDesign™ System. David has held various positions in sales, global marketing and executive management for Nobel Biocare, GE and Danaher. He has an MBA from La Salle University.

As a human resources executive with over 15 years of progressive experience, Leila is a strategic business partner who develops human capital strategies. In her role, Leila oversees all aspects of human resources management. Leila is a member of the prestigious international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. She holds a B.S. degree in biology, with a minor in chemistry, from California State University, Long Beach, and an Executive MBA from Graziadio School of Business and Management, Pepperdine University.

Shannon joined Glidewell Laboratories in September 2008 as IT services director, bringing with her more than 25 years’ experience. She began her career as an international customer service representative for the WordPerfect Corporation, working her way to product management and later to company operations. By 1996, Shannon had been hired as IT director at Specialty Laboratories, Inc. Today, she is the vice president of information technology for Glidewell Laboratories.

Sergey graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology with honors and joined the dental field in 1998, working on software for the Invisalign® product for Align Technology, Inc. After eight years, Sergey continued his career in CAD/CAM with Geomagic, where he led a number of development projects for dental companies. In 2012, he joined Glidewell Laboratories as director of CAD software development, and presently is the vice president of CAD/CAM technologies.

David received the British Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ renowned Lord Austin Prize for Manufacturing Engineering in 2004, and graduated top of class with a BSME from Loughborough University in England, followed by an MSc specializing in automation from Cranfield University. David worked in the automotive industry on projects spanning high performance road cars to Formula One racing. In 2007, David joined Glidewell as a manufacturing engineer, and was promoted to director of engineering in 2015.

As VP of R&D, Akash is focused on developing a high performing R&D team. Akash has 12 U.S. patents in nanotechnology, cleantech, alternative energy and biomaterials. Previously at Ceramatec, he won a materials innovation award from the State of Utah and two research & innovation solicitation awards from the U.S. Department of Defense focused on transparent nanomaterials. Akash has a B. Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, an M.S. from Penn State and an MBA from the University of Utah.

Wolfgang graduated in 1981 from Albrecht Duerer College in Dusseldorf, Germany, as a certified dental technician. He went on to receive his master's degree in dental technology at the Bildungs Academy, Karlsruhe, in 1995. He joined Glidewell Laboratories in 1996 as a ceramist, and in 1997 began to teach technicians the art of ceramics. In 1999, Wolfgang started the Glidewell Education Center, and in 2003, he was promoted to director.

Dr. Park received his DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry. During his tenure with Nobel Biocare, Dr. Park managed the company’s continuing education programs and implemented a predoctoral implant curriculum in universities throughout North America. He has also led key practitioner education efforts for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers and Zimmer Biomet Dental. In January 2016, Dr. Park joined Glidewell, where he oversees clinical R&D operations, and advises on dentist training and education programs.

Dr. Abai earned his DDS degree from Columbia University in 2004, followed by two years of residency in general dentistry. After two years of general private practice he returned to academia and received an MMedSc degree and a certificate in prosthodontics from Harvard University. Dr. Abai brings nearly 10 years of clinical, research and lecturing experience. Before joining Glidewell in January 2012, Dr. Abai practiced at the Wöhrle Dental Implant Clinic in Newport Beach, Calif.

Dr. Anamaria Muresan joined Glidewell Laboratories in 1995 as a dental technician in the lab's BioTemps® department. Three years later, she received her CDT in ceramics, and spent 12 years as ceramic manager in fixed prosthodontics, managing, among other things, CAD/CAM systems for fabrication of pressed dental restorations. After taking leave to further her education, she returned to Glidewell in July 2013 with her DMD from the Western University of Health Sciences School of Dentistry to join the lab's clinical research team.

Dr. Justin Chi joined Glidewell Laboratories in 2015 after graduating from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Prior to that, Justin received his Bachelor of Science degree in dental laboratory technology from the LSU School of Dentistry, and earned his CDT in crown and bridge in 2007. While working at E4D Technologies as a dental technician and clinical educator from 2007–2011, he aided in the development of new-user documentation, and led basic and advanced training seminars for dental professionals both locally and abroad.

Cori Hale joined Glidewell Laboratories in 1993 after becoming a certified legal secretary. She held a multitude of roles with increasing responsibility, from customer service representative to sales associate, before becoming a call center manager in 2010. This role led to her managing four of the company’s call centers and 60-plus employees. In early 2016, she was promoted once again to director of customer experience. Cori has dedicated her career to Glidewell Laboratories and made it her second home.

Armine has more than 20 years of customer service experience. Hired at Glidewell Laboratories in 1999 as a customer relations representative, she was soon promoted to training coordinator and then to team lead. In 2005, she was given the title of customer relations supervisor. In her current role, Armine ensures that the company's standards in communication and service are utilized, and that employees are equipped with the skills to provide our customers with outstanding service. Armine has an A.A. in business management.

In 1991, Josh was a contractor at the then-new Newport Beach, Calif., location of Glidewell Laboratories, not knowing that six years later he would return to begin his career at the lab. Starting as a scheduler in 1997, Josh was promoted to customer service representative and then to account manager in less than a year. Since then, he has held positions as retention specialist and team lead, and is currently the manager of the customer care department. Josh also makes time to join the Glidewell convention team as a trade show representative.

In 1976, Keevin utilized a scholarship to graduate at age 18 as one of the Dental Technology Institute's youngest students. After graduation, he worked for Uri Yarovesky and helped with the initial field-testing of the Isosit/Concept indirect composite system. He was head ceramic manager for Integrated Dental Lab and lead ceramist for Northwest Esthetics Lab. In 1996, he joined Glidewell Laboratories. He assembled an excellent technical staff and has grown the department from 50 to 165 technicians.

Joe received his degree in dental technology in 1991 from Riverside Community College. During this time, he also worked at Glidewell Laboratories in Newport Beach, Calif. In 2003, he obtained his CDT certification in ceramics. Over the next several years, Joe held numerous positions in the PFM department at Glidewell, including ceramist, quality control supervisor and, ultimately, quality control manager. In August 2011, he joined Riverside Dental Ceramics as general manager, and returned to Glidewell Laboratories in 2015.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, David graduated in 1981 from Northwest School of Dental Technology in Chicago. He worked in several laboratories in all phases of denture fabrication, including 12 years of in-house and chairside experience. He is PTC Certified, Valplast Certified and Certified in Advanced Management. He first joined Glidewell in 1995 under the direction of Ron Fichter and soon was promoted to quality control supervisor of the denture department. In 2007, David was promoted to general manager.

A 1977 graduate of the Naval School of Dental Technology, Jerry practiced dental assisting and laboratory technology for 10 years while in the Navy. Soon after, Jerry moved to San Diego, where he worked for Grossman Dental Lab for the next 12 years while obtaining his Certification in partials. Hired at Glidewell as production manager of the partial department in 1995, Jerry now serves as general manager of that department as well as the combination crown & partial department.

Paul began his career at Glidewell after graduating from Orange Coast College with a degree in dental technology. He was soon offered a management position at Hallmark Lab in Fullerton (which, at the time, was owned by Glidewell). Shortly afterward, Paul opened his own dental lab, which he sold in 1999 after a 15-year run. With more than 30 years of experience, Paul returned where his career began. Most recently, he worked as ProCeram porcelain manager before being promoted to full-cast general manager.

Darius Raudys began his career at Glidewell Laboratories in 2010 as a piecework technician and has since assumed various roles and lead positions. He has made significant contributions toward establishing the company’s Inclusive® Tooth Replacement and Tissue Contouring System subdepartment. Darius graduated from Huntington College of Dental Technology in Westminster, Calif., and, in 2012, completed the “Implants A to Z” course at UCLA School of Dentistry. He currently oversees the Fixed division of the dental laboratory’s Implant department.

Sae joined Glidewell Laboratories in 1999 as a technician in the BioTemps® department. As the lab began implementing CAD/CAM tools, Sae joined the ranks of skilled technicians mastering the art of digital dental design. In 2012, he was promoted to a CAD/CAM quality control supervisor position responsible for the digital production of a wide variety of fixed restorations. Sae took on his new role as CAD/CAM manager for the BioTemps department in 2014, and currently oversees the design of temporary dental restorations for both natural teeth and implants.
