Michael DiTolla, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.

Irfan Atcha, DDS, DICOI, DADIA
Irfan Atcha, DDS, DICOI, DADIA

Dr. Irfan “Ivan” Atcha graduated from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1996. Today, he owns a private practice in Dyer, Indiana, that focuses on general, cosmetic, sedation and implant dentistry. In addition, Dr. Atcha is the owner of the Center of Implants, Sedation and Cosmetic Dentistry and the No Dentures Chicago Dental Implant Center. He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and American Dental Implant Association and board of director member of the American Dental Implant Association. Bradley C. Bockhorst, DMD

Dr. Bradley Bockhorst is known for his unique perspective, which incorporates both clinical and industrial backgrounds. After receiving his dental degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Bockhorst served as a Navy Dental Officer. Dr. Bockhorst has held positions as Director of Marketing and Education for several leading implant companies. He is currently Director of Clinical Technologies at Glidewell Laboratories, where he oversees Inclusive® Digital Implant Treatment Planning Services and acts as editor in chief and clinical editor of Inclusive™ magazine. A member of the CDA, ADA, Academy of Osseointegration, International Congress of Oral Implantologists and American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Bockhorst continues to lecture internationally while maintaining a private practice in Mission Viejo, California. Leendert Boksman, DDS, FADI, FICD
Leendert Boksman

Dr. Len Boksman earned his dental degree from the faculty of dentistry at Western University in Ontario, Canada, in 1972. After practicing in his hometown of Burlington for seven years, he returned to his alma mater as an assistant professor of operative dentistry, and attained tenure as an associate professor shortly thereafter. Recognized by Dentistry Today as one of the continent’s top dental educators for many years, Len authored more than 100 articles, and was the first international editorial board member for REALITY magazine. Having returned to private practice full-time in 1987, Dr. Boksman recently retired, and now volunteers his time teaching at the School of Oral Health Sciences at the University of Technology, Jamaica. Howard Farran, DDS, MBA, MAGD

Dr. Howard Farran is a noted international lecturer on faster, easier, more efficient dentistry. A 1987 graduate of UMKC School of Dentistry, Dr. Farran continued his pursuit of higher education at the ASU W. P. Carey School of Business (MBA, ’99). Dr. Farran’s impact on dentistry has been widespread. William C. Forbes, DDS

Dr. William Forbes is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He maintained a solo practice in general dentistry in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, for 27 years, during which he was adjunct professor at the School of Nursing and School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Maine. In 1998, he concluded his dental practice and joined the faculty at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Today, Dr. Forbes is course director for all anatomy courses at the dental school, including courses for dental students, dental hygiene students, and residents in endodontics, periodontics and AEGD. He is also an adjunct professor of human anatomy, in the Anatomy and Cell Biology Department, at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Michael Miller is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the founder of REALITY Publishing Company, distributor of one of the leading, noncommercial product evaluation sources in dentistry. Dr. Miller has maintained a private practice in Houston, Texas, since 1976 and is a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Dr. Frank Spear is one of the premier educators in esthetic and restorative dentistry in the world today. He earned his dental degree and an MSD in periodontal prosthodontics from the University of Washington.
