Michael DiTolla, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.

Vu Le, DDS

Dr. Vu Le graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2002. He operates a general dentistry practice in Foothill Ranch, California, with a strong emphasis on technology and photography. As a leader and instructor on the photography team at Saddleback Church, Dr. Le has photographed heads of state, multi-platinum recording artists and many others. Jay M. Lerner, DDS

Dr. Jay Lerner graduated from Columbia University School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency at Brookdale Medical Center in New York. He has also completed advanced training in esthetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Lerner maintains a private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a focus on comprehensive restorative and esthetic dentistry, and he serves as a senior clinical instructor with the Rosenthal Institute’s Aesthetic Advantage program at New York University College of Dentistry and Guys Hospital in London, England. Daniel Melker, DDS

Dr. Daniel Melker graduated from the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1975 with specialty training in periodontics. Since then, he has maintained a private practice in periodontics in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Melker lectures at the University of Florida, UAB and LSU periodontic and prosthodontic graduate programs on the periodontic-restorative relationship. He also presents at the University of Houston and Baylor University. Dr. Melker has published several articles in national dental magazines, as well as The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry, and has twice been honored with the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Gold Medal. Roy Shelburne, DDS
Roy Shelburne

Dr. Roy Shelburne graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and opened a private general practice in Pennington Gap, Virginia, in 1981. He has served as secretary/treasurer and president for Southwest Virginia’s Component 6 of the Virginia Dental Association and as a delegate to the VDA’s Annual Meeting. Dr. Shelburne has spoken at various national, state and local dental meetings, and conducts confidential “mock chart audits” to help private dental practices identify areas of vulnerability. Richard Winter, DDS, MAGD

Dr. Richard Winter graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1988. He is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry and a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He holds Fellowships in the Academy of Dentistry International and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Winter has published numerous articles on comprehensive implant and reconstructive dentistry, emphasizing “upgradeable dentistry,” advanced treatment planning for implant success and general dentistry as a specialty.
