Michael DiTolla, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.

Gordon J. Christensen, DDS, MSD, Ph.D.

Dr. Gordon Christensen is a practicing prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. He is director of Practical Clinical Courses and CEO of Clinicians Report. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics; Fellow and Diplomate of the ICOI; and a distinguished member of numerous professional organizations. Dr. Christensen and his wife Rella are cofounders of the nonprofit Gordon J. Christensen Clinicians Report® (formerly CRA Newsletter).

Michael B. Miller, DDS, FAGD, FAACD

Dr. Michael Miller is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the founder of REALITY Publishing Company, distributor of one of the leading, noncommercial product evaluation sources in dentistry. Dr. Miller has maintained a private practice in Houston, Texas, since 1976 and is a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas School of Dentistry. Thomas Nabors, DDS

Dr. Thomas Nabors practiced general dentistry for 38 years, with a special interest in diagnosing and treating periodontal diseases of all types. He has treated approximately 5,000 patients with periodontal infections using non-surgery, surgery and lasers. He developed a treatment model of non-surgery built upon the “Evidence-Based Concept.” Dr. Nabors’ most interesting work includes applying modern research to clinical application. Mary Sue Stonisch

Dr. Mary Sue Stonisch is a recognized leader in the field of esthetic dentistry. Dr. Stonisch maintains the Smile Enhancement Studio in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, where she uses her graduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. A love for dentistry and a passion for art are her foundation and the cornerstone of her work. She is an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a Fellow of both the Academy of General Dentistry and American Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics. She is a medical staff member of St. John and Bon Secours Hospital, enabling her to aid accident victims in rehabilitating their smiles. Glen Wysel, DDS
Glen Wysel

Dr. Glen Wysel was born and raised in Montana and attended the University of Montana on a football and golf scholarship. He was a member of OKU dental honor society (top 5 percent of his class) at Northwestern University Dental School, and had the good fortune of becoming a Mercer Advisors client at the inception of his career. He began his practice in 1976 and quickly developed one of the most successful practices in the U.S. After 10 years of practice, he retired from dentistry economically free and joined the Mercer Advisors, Mercer Mastery & Mercer Transitions Company to help other professionals achieve the same freedom.
