At Glidewell, we believe in something bigger than ourselves. That’s why we show up for dental professionals, nonprofit organizations, and educational programs in our community. Glidewell funds initiatives that comply with the federal Sunshine Act and align with our company’s mission: To increase patient access to premium dental services through improved quality, convenience and cost-effectiveness.

Quality Resources

Since 1970, we have been inspired by dentists’ efforts to improve the lives of patients. Glidewell recognizes the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being, as well as the gaps in care for underserved communities. In response, we’ve proudly funded mobile dental clinics, pro bono service, and other acts of kindness in Orange County and beyond.

Federally designated nonprofits are eligible for donations from Glidewell. We prioritize organizations whose core values and causes align with our mission.

Rehabilitations

Providers of Pro Bono Dental Work

Glidewell proudly donates select restorative solutions and prostheses to individual clinicians and group clinics performing pro bono dental work for patients in need.

Please Note: Glidewell allocates a fixed annual budget for charitable donations. All requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, in a good-faith effort to support as many meaningful causes as possible throughout the year.

Glidewell committee members review corporate giving applications on a quarterly basis. Be sure to submit your request in advance to ensure consideration.

Next Steps

If approved, a Glidewell representative will contact you with instructions for receiving the donation in compliance with Sunshine Act requirements.

Yes. However, Glidewell prioritizes the listed functions. If your cause or organization aligns with our mission, please outline the reasons in the application form and we will evaluate for fit.

The Glidewell team will review your application and communicate the results of your inquiry. If the request is approved, a Glidewell representative will be in touch to outline next steps.

Please limit your requests to one (1) per calendar year.

Yes. We generally do not donate to:

  • Political or religious organizations (unless the program is non-denominational
    and community-based)
  • For-profit entities or social clubs

Yes, with certain conditions. International organizations may be eligible if the requestor is based in the United States. For example, U.S.-based clinicians may request supplies to support international dental missions. Please note that all donated supplies must be shipped to a U.S. address. It is the responsibility of the clinician to transport the supplies to their international destination.
