The Glidewell Internship Program was created to build a mutually beneficial partnership between the company and up-and-coming talent. Participants are introduced to experienced mentors who provide invaluable hands-on training in a supportive work environment. As part of this unique program, interns will have the opportunity to work on projects they would never experience while sitting in a lecture hall. They’ll also learn how we combine individual efforts with a high degree of teamwork to achieve success at the company every day.

Who should apply?
Glidewell interns are a diverse group of new graduates and students from all academic disciplines — ranging from undergraduate to PhD students.
What is the scope of the project?
Interns work on innovative projects that are core to Glidewell and vary in scope and in length — ranging from day-to-day work to a single long-term project lasting the duartion of the internship.
When does the internship start?
Glidewell’s Summer Internship Program takes place from June to September 2023. However, we understand that different schools have different schedules, so we are flexible.

Glidewell Internship Departments
- Gain exposure to HR best practices.
- Support a diverse employee population consisting of 40+ nationalities and 70+ different languages.
- Experience project management in a fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity and flexibility.
- Learn new HR processes, software and professional communication skills.
- Flex your skills in applying Good Documentation Practices to track data collection, analysis and results.
- Understand and follow technical instructions and accurately describe any conditions, successes or problems resulting from those instructions.
