Your Glidewell Signature case is managed through our My Account online portal. Once logged in, you gain access to Glidewell’s Centralized Digital Order Processing team, a group of technicians with more than 300 years of combined digital dentistry experience. These experts will assist you directly across the entire Signature process – with live chat and phone support immediately available.
Enhanced Clinical Tools
Glidewell Signature includes a selection of cutting-edge and proven tools. When you first submit your impressions and case photos, we use AI-enhanced software to generate a 3D smile simulation. Doctors can use this simulation to gain patient approval and confirm the desired finished results. And then across the treatment stages, you’ll be provided diagnostic wax-ups, prep guides, seating jigs, and more, to transfer the digital smile into smile reality.

How It Works
Define
Start your Glidewell Signature case by submitting a digital scan, sending a physical Rx or logging into My Account. Once your case is submitted, you’ll use My Account to collaborate with the lab, view 3D design proposals, evaluate and approve the case plan, order restorations, and more.
You will:
- Submit impressions, bite registration and patient photos (including a full-face smile and full-face retracted view)
- Work hand in hand with the lab to devise a customized treatment plan
- Receive a virtual smile design proposal for evaluation, iteration and approval
Refine
As you progress through your case, the lab will guide you, providing instructions and tools to help you achieve outstanding results.
You will:
- Get access to clinical tools that help you secure patient buy-in
- Test-drive the proposed design with virtual or physical mock-ups
- Sync up with the lab to provide feedback if any adjustments are needed
