Clinical Studies
Surgery was performed under local anesthesia with the printed sleeveless guide securely seated for full control of angulation and depth. Two Glidewell HT™ Implants were placed according to the digital plan, achieving excellent primary stability.
Immediately after placement, scan bodies were threaded in place, and the surgical field was scanned. The scans were imported directly into the fastdesign.io™ Software and Design Station, the CAD platform that communicates seamlessly with the fastmill.io™ In-Office Mill.
The fastmill.io unit milled each restoration in approximately thirty-five minutes. Each screw-retained crown was seated onto the corresponding Glidewell HT Implant, torqued to the manufacturer’s specifications, and sealed with PTFE tape and composite resin. The fit was passive, the emergence contours harmonious, and the esthetic integration excellent.
At the one-week follow up, both implants demonstrated excellent integration with healthy peri-implant tissues and no inflammation. At eight weeks, mature keratinized mucosa framed the zirconia crowns with stable crestal bone levels and ideal emergence profiles were confirmed radiographically.

This planning fee is assessed only if the digital treatment plan is not approved by the doctor within 30 days. Unapproved cases will be returned and the digital treatment plan kept on file for six months.

NO-FAULT REMAKE POLICY: Glidewell is pleased to process all remakes or adjustments at no additional charge if requested within the warranty period and accompanied by the return of the original appliance.
LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Glidewell (“the lab”) warrants that all dental devices (a “device”) are made according to your specification and approval in the belief that the device will be useful and MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, the lab will repair or replace the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or refund the original price paid, at the lab’s option, for up to 30 days for surgical guides if the failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship.
