We are constantly looking for new ways to improve the ease and reliability of our service, including our My Account online portal. Instead of calling, clinicians can save time and effort by using My Account to schedule case pickups, pay bills, check account balances, send case files, track cases in lab, track shipped cases, and manage their automatic payments.

 

Glidewell also offers robust, no-fault warranties on our products, including:

  • A lifetime warranty for BruxZir® Zirconia restorations, including restorations over implants. This limited lifetime performance warranty is for the life of the patient originally receiving the restoration from the date of placement; applies to direct end-user customers (treating clinicians) only.
  • Seven years for porcelain to metal, ceramic to metal, all-ceramic (except BruxZir Zirconia), all-metal, and single‐unit inlay, onlay and crown composite resin final prosthetics; screw‐retained implant crowns and bridges; and milled implant bars.
  • 20 years for custom implant abutments.

Glidewell has a proud track record of honoring these warranties, at no cost to the clinician. If something happens to go wrong with one of our restorations, we make it right.
