After serving in the U.S. Navy, Dave Morales graduated in 1981 from Northwest School of Dental Technology in Chicago. Darryl Withrow graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in anthropology before joining Glidewell Laboratories in 1989. Darryl began his career in the Shipping and Receiving department before moving to the Accounting department, where he worked in accounts payable and as assistant to the controller. Nhung Truong worked as a drafter while attending school, completing her degree in architecture in 2002. She moved to the U.S. from Vietnam in 2009 and began her career at Glidewell Laboratories three years later in the Removables department. Duy Lam started with Glidewell Laboratories as a fixed wax and metal finisher technician in 2013 and, within eight months, was promoted to a management position in the Fixed department.
