The BruxZir® Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis offers a high-strength option for edentulous implant patients with high esthetic expectations — backed by a lifetime warranty and expert technical support throughout the restorative process.
A Better Smile, A Better Life
Ideal for situations demanding high esthetics, the BruxZir Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis offers lifelike beauty that will “wow” your edentulous patients. A truly monolithic implant restoration, the BruxZir Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis is milled from a block of 870 MPa solid zirconia. In addition to avoiding the chips, stains and fractures known to compromise acrylic hybrid dentures and dental porcelain, this full-arch restoration offers detailed gingival anatomy and exceptional incisal translucency that esthetic-minded patients will appreciate.
Glidewell offers the full range of full-arch implant solutions and expert clinical support throughout the restorative process, whether you prefer an analog or digital workflow.

A provisional try-in implant prosthesis is included with our complete design service to ensure that the patient and doctor are satisfied with the prosthetic design before the final restoration is milled from monolithic zirconia. All-digital copy mill services include a provisional try-in to ensure a passive fit prior to milling the final restoration. For analog copy milling from an approved setup or milling from a final design file, a provisional try-in implant prosthesis can be requested for an additional fee. Whatever your chosen workflow, we offer the clinical support needed to achieve a highly accurate restorative outcome.
For cases where a titanium understructure is desired, the BruxZir Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis can be fabricated over a high-strength titanium bar for an additional fee.
Note: The BruxZir Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis is ideal for patients who desire a high-strength restoration with optimal esthetics. For patients who have a strong bite, grind, or have damaged previous restorations, we recommend the maximum strength offered by the original BruxZir Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis.
Also available for partial-arch indications: The BruxZir Esthetic Partial-Arch Implant Prosthesis is a more durable replacement for removable partial dentures.
Monthly Prescriptions: BruxZir Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis vs. Screw-Retained Hybrid Denture
Since the product’s release in 2013, monthly prescriptions for the BruxZir Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis have steadily outpaced screw-retained hybrid dentures as clinicians have sought out a more durable implant solution for fully edentulous patients.
Clinical Studies
BEFORE: A young patient presented with an upper full denture that was loose-fitting and causing significant discomfort. She requested implant treatment as a long-term solution and desired a high-strength restoration that would look, feel and function like natural teeth. A total of nine Glidewell HT™ Implants were placed to support upper and lower fixed full-arch implant restorations.
AFTER: Four months later, a BruxZir Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis was fabricated for each arch, completing a life-changing transformation for a patient who required a combination of high strength and optimal esthetics. Due to the monolithic construction of the prostheses — with no veneering material or acrylic to fracture — the restorations will serve the patient well for many years to come.
– Clinical dentistry by Taylor Manalili, DDS
BEFORE: The patient presented with implants and temporary healing dentures in place, and requested full-arch restorations with maximum stability, function and esthetics.
AFTER: The patient’s oral situation was restored with dental implants supporting two BruxZir Esthetic Full-Arch Implant Prostheses, affording renewed function, optimal esthetics, and an excellent long-term prognosis due to the high strength of monolithic zirconia.

- Slide 2
When a full-arch implant patient prioritizes esthetics above all else, it’s wonderful to have a monolithic zirconia restoration that meets that need but won’t break down. And for my patients with parafunctional habits, I can still count on the maximum strength of the original BruxZir Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis.
