In this three-part series, Dr. Timothy Kosinski demonstrates techniques for achieving esthetic implant restorations, from extraction and site preparation to the design of the final restoration. In part two, Dr. Kosinski covers techniques for implant placement, peri-implant modeling, biological width as well as the importance of establishing the dimensions of proximal contacts. Dr. Kosinski demonstrates a clinical case covering extraction, socket grafting and implant placement replacing two central incisors.
