Ready to initiate a case? Look no further than My Account. Once you log in to the secure portal, you’ll enter essential information — today’s date, the patient’s name, and what materials or appliances you’re prescribing. All your cases populate on your personalized dashboard, and you can view Glidewell’s progress in real time. Track when your case is being worked on and view shipping updates. My Account takes the guesswork out of case management and allows you to easily check on all your cases at once. 

2. View Your Lab Bill and Make Payments

No one likes paying bills, but My Account makes it easy! You can view all your Glidewell transactions on the billing tab, which allows you to make payments and view your statements. On the homepage, your dashboard shows the total amount you owe at a glance, as well as prompts you to enroll in Auto Pay, so you’ll never accidentally miss a payment. My Account lets you quickly pull up receipts, keep track of your financials, and download monthly statements.

Our newest feature on My Account is live chat — an instant messaging window that connects you directly to a Glidewell customer service associate. This option offers an alternative to calling the lab, although you can still call during regular weekday hours, 6 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific. When you opt to live chat, you will chat with a U.S.-based associate and get all the answers you need in the moment. For busy clinicians, live chat is a great tool for multitasking or working in a quiet area where calling could be disruptive. Outside of business hours, the chat bot assistant can help with basic requests, and even schedule a callback if necessary.  

4. Submit Digital Impressions and Patient Photos

My Account allows you to submit digital impressions and fill out Rx forms online. Once you’ve entered the necessary information into the form, you can specify the date you wish the case to be delivered and write any additional notes to the lab. This makes your lab partnership seamless instead of having to print Rxs and send them the old-fashioned way.
