Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. Dr. Edward Allen is a full-time professor of periodontics and full-time private practitioner. Dr. Robert Lowe graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1982 and was a clinical professor in restorative dentistry at the school until its closure in 1993. Since January 2000, Dr. Lowe has maintained a private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. He lectures internationally, and his work is frequently published in well-known dental journals on esthetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Daniel Melker graduated from the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1975 with specialty training in periodontics. Since then, he has maintained a private practice in periodontics in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Robert Pulliam completed his undergraduate work at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. He worked as a hospital pharmacist in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, before earning a DMD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Dentistry.
