Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.
David Harris is a licensed private investigator, with a graduate business degree and a professional accounting designation. He is CEO of Prosperident, the world’s largest dental embezzlement investigation firm. Prosperident is consulted on hundreds of dental embezzlement matters annually, and David has frequently had the pleasure of hearing cell doors slam shut on perpetrators. David has lectured at several universities in the faculties of dentistry, business and law, and he has been interviewed on embezzlement by virtually every major North American dental magazine. Dr. Robert Lowe graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1982 and was a clinical professor in restorative dentistry at the school until its closure in 1993. Since January 2000, Dr. Lowe has maintained a private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. He lectures internationally, and his work is frequently published in well-known dental journals on esthetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Lowe has earned Fellowship in the AGD, ICD, ADI, ACD, IADFE and American Society for Dental Aesthetics (ASDA), received the 2004 Gordon Christensen Outstanding Lecturers Award, and, in 2005, received Diplomate status on the American Board of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Daniel Melker graduated from the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1975 with specialty training in periodontics. Since then, he has maintained a private practice in periodontics in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Melker lectures at the University of Florida, UAB and LSU periodontic and prosthodontic graduate programs on the periodontic-restorative relationship. He also presents at the University of Houston and Baylor University. Dr. Melker has published several articles in national dental magazines, as well as The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry, and has twice been honored with the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Gold Medal. Dr. Ara Nazarian maintains a private practice in Troy, Michigan, with an emphasis on comprehensive and restorative care. He is the director of the Reconstructive Dentistry Institute and a Diplomate of the ICOI, and has conducted lectures and hands-on workshops on esthetic materials and dental implants throughout the U.S., Europe, New Zealand and Australia.
