Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir^® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.

Dr. Tarun Agarwal is a 1999 graduate of the University of Missouri, Kansas City, who has built a successful general dentistry practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dr. Gary Johnson received his DDS from the University of Illinois at the Chicago Medical Center. A chemist, dentist, lecturer and author, he has taken the opportunity to visit and consult with dental material manufacturer chemists and researchers domestically and internationally. He is former assistant professor of surgery at the Craniofacial Center of University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine. Dr. Paresh Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia/AAID MaxiCourse. A clinical instructor who has placed more than 5,000 implants, Dr. Patel has published numerous articles in leading dental journals, is a diplomate of the ICOI, and has worked extensively as a lecturer and clinical consultant on dental implants and prosthetics for several companies.

Jeffory Wyscarver became a registered sleep technologist in 1992 and held various positions in large multisite sleep centers as a skilled sleep clinician and technical expert. In 1998, he took a position at CareFusion as a clinical specialist. During his tenure, Jeffory was promoted to Senior Marketing Manager for Sleep Diagnostics and Therapy.
