Philip Gordon, DDS

Dr. Philip Gordon received his DDS degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Since graduating, Dr. Gordon has relentlessly pursued continuing education and has made implantology an essential part of his thriving practice. In his popular podcast, “Dental Implant Practices,” he interviews renowned implantologists and shares tips, resources and recommendations for general dentists who are interested in learning more about implant dentistry. Dr. Gordon is a member of ADA, AGD, AAID and ICOI.

Timothy F. Kosinski, DDS, MAGD

Dr. Timothy Kosinski graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and received a Master of Science degree in biochemistry from Wayne State University School of Medicine. In addition to serving on the editorial review board of numerous dental journals, Dr. Kosinski has published over 180 articles and contributed to textbooks on the surgical and prosthetic phases of implant dentistry.

Chris Pallotto, DDS

Dr. Chris Pallotto received his DDS from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry in 1986. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Pallotto attended courses on implant treatment and began a career in the dental implant industry. In 2007, Dr. Pallotto returned to private practice after retiring as VP of sales at Straumann. Since then, Dr. Pallotto has grown Oak Dental Associates into a thriving practice focused on preventive, restorative, esthetic and implant dentistry.

Paresh B. Patel, DDS

Dr. Paresh Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia/AAID MaxiCourse. A clinical instructor who has placed more than 5,000 implants, Dr. Patel has published numerous articles in leading dental journals, is a diplomate of the ICOI, and has worked extensively as a lecturer and clinical consultant on dental implants and prosthetics for several companies.

Christopher Pescatore, DMD

Dr. Christopher Pescatore is a graduate of the New Jersey Dental School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. An international lecturer on state-of-the-art esthetic procedures and CAD/CAM techniques and materials, Dr. Pescatore has written articles for numerous publications. He is a past member of the board of directors and the editorial team of the AACD, and has held instructor positions in dental programs at various institutes and universities. Dr. Pescatore maintains a full-time practice dedicated exclusively to esthetic restorative dentistry in Danville, California.

Randolph R. Resnik, DMD, MDS
Randolph Resnik

Dr. Randolph Resnik is a leading clinician, educator, researcher, and author in the field of prosthodontics and oral implantology. Dr. Resnik received his dental degree from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation from dental school, he continued his training at the University of Pittsburgh, receiving a specialty degree in prosthodontics, a surgical fellowship in Oral Implantology, and a master's degree in oral implantology/radiology. He is currently the director of the Resnik Implant Institute. Dr. Resnik serves on faculty positions at numerous universities, including The University of Pittsburgh (graduate prosthodontics), Temple University (oral implantology and periodontics), and Allegheny General Hospital (oral and maxillofacial surgery). Along with his passion for lecturing and education, Dr. Resnik is also an accomplished author, having published over 200 articles. His recent textbooks, Avoiding Complications in Oral Implantology, 4th Edition of Contemporary Implant Dentistry, and 3rd edition of Dental Implant Prosthetics are bestsellers in the field of implant dentistry. Dr. Resnik currently maintains a private practice in Orlando, Florida.

W. Keith Thornton, DDS

Dr. W. Keith Thornton is the founder and CEO of Airway Management Inc., the company that produces the Thornton Adjustable Positioner (TAP®) line of products for the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing. He also practiced restorative dentistry in Dallas, Texas, for 37 years, and in 1994, he invented the first TAP device. For the past 14 years he has treated sleep-related breathing disorders exclusively. Dr. Thornton has taught oral appliance therapy for temporomandibular disorders (TMD) at Texas A&M College of Dentistry and The Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, Florida, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.

Carrie Webber

Carrie Webber is chief communications officer and co-owner of Jameson Management, Inc., a dental management, marketing and hygiene coaching firm. Carrie creates customer service and business development opportunities as well as marketing initiatives and social media strategies to effectively communicate the Jameson message to the dental profession. She contributes to several publications and is a frequent speaker at dental meetings nationwide.

John Bernhard, Director of Product Management for Glidewell

With more than 20 years of experience, John Bernhard has worked with leading dental companies in the management of various clinical and laboratory product portfolios ranging from dental software, to endodontics, to lasers. He is director of product management at Glidewell, where he plays a key role in developing and launching restorative solutions to serve the dental profession.

Justin Chi, DDS, CDT

Dr. Justin Chi is director of clinical technologies at Glidewell. He joined Glidewell as a clinical research associate in 2015 after graduating from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Dr. Chi’s previous education included receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in dental laboratory technology from the LSU School of Dentistry and earning his CDT in crown & bridge in 2007.

Will Schmidt, RDA

Will Schmidt brings more than 17 years of dental experience, including 15 as a registered dental assistant, to his role at Glidewell Dental. He has worked in multiple settings, from private practice, to group practice, to oral surgery in a hospital’s trauma center. Prior to the dental field, Will served as a U.S. Marine, an experience that he credits for honing his fine appreciation for detail.
