Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.
Dr. Gordon Christensen is a practicing prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. He is director of Practical Clinical Courses and CEO of Clinicians Report. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics; Fellow and Diplomate of the ICOI; and a distinguished member of numerous professional organizations. Dr. Christensen and his wife Rella are cofounders of the nonprofit Gordon J. Christensen Clinicians Report® (formerly CRA Newsletter).
Dr. Gregori Kurtzman owns a private practice in Silver Spring, Maryland, and lectures both nationally and internationally on the topics of restorative dentistry, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and dental implant surgery and prosthetics. Dr. Kurtzman has had more than 100 articles published in peer reviewed journals, and is on the editorial board of several prominent dental publications. He is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the American College of Dentists, a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Master with Diplomatic status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Howard Strassler is Professor and Director of Operative Dentistry at the University of Maryland Dental School, in the Department of Endodontics, Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry. He has lectured nationally and internationally on techniques and selection of dental materials in clinical use and esthetic restorative dentistry. Dr. Strassler is a Fellow in the Academy of Dental Materials and the Academy of General Dentistry, and, in 2000, received the AGD’s highest honor — the Thaddeus W. Weclew Honorary Fellowship — for his contributions. Dr. Strassler serves on the editorial review boards of a number of journals and is a consultant to more than 15 dental manufacturers. Dr. Bill Strupp is a practicing dentist best known for his vast knowledge of comprehensive cosmetic and restorative dentistry. He lectures nationally and internationally to thousands of dentists each year, and has been published in many prominent dental publications. Dr. Strupp also publishes the newsletter “Crown & Bridge UPDATE,” which is aimed at educating practitioners in better dentistry. An AACD Accredited Fellow, Dr. Strupp continually evaluates and applies clinically relevant research to the day-to-day practice of crown & bridge dentistry.
