Michael DiTolla, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.

David W. Chambers, Ph.D., M.Ed., MBA
David Chamber

Dr. David Chambers is a professor of dental education and former associate dean for academic affairs and scholarship at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He is also editor of American College of Dentists and a Sonoma Valley Healthcare District board of directors member. Dr. Chambers has consulted for many national dental organizations and dental schools in the U.S. and Canada, and served as examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and on the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Leendert Boksman, DDS, FADI, FICD
Leendert Boksman

Dr. Len Boksman earned his dental degree from the faculty of dentistry at Western University in Ontario, Canada, in 1972. After practicing in his hometown of Burlington for seven years, he returned to his alma mater as an assistant professor of operative dentistry, and attained tenure as an associate professor shortly thereafter. Recognized by Dentistry Today as one of the continent’s top dental educators for many years, Len authored more than 100 articles, and was the first international editorial board member for REALITY magazine. Having returned to private practice full-time in 1987, Dr. Boksman recently retired, and now volunteers his time teaching at the School of Oral Health Sciences at the University of Technology, Jamaica. James S. Dower Jr., DDS, M.A.
James Dower

Dr. James Dower is an associate professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He has been the Director of Local Anesthesia Courses, which includes a year-round curriculum with three rotations in local anesthesia, since 1979. Dr. Dower has presented local anesthesia courses nationally and has published articles internationally. He has a master’s degree in educational and counseling psychology. Robert A. Lowe, DDS, FAGD, FICD, FADI, FACD, FIADFE, FASDA

Dr. Robert Lowe graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1982 and was a clinical professor in restorative dentistry at the school until its closure in 1993. Since January 2000, Dr. Lowe has maintained a private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. He lectures internationally, and his work is frequently published in well-known dental journals on esthetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Lowe has earned Fellowship in the AGD, ICD, ADI, ACD, IADFE and American Society for Dental Aesthetics (ASDA), received the 2004 Gordon Christensen Outstanding Lecturers Award, and, in 2005, received Diplomate status on the American Board of Esthetic Dentistry. Daniel Melker, DDS

Dr. Daniel Melker graduated from the Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1975 with specialty training in periodontics. Since then, he has maintained a private practice in periodontics in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Melker lectures at the University of Florida, UAB and LSU periodontic and prosthodontic graduate programs on the periodontic-restorative relationship. He also presents at the University of Houston and Baylor University. Dr. Melker has published several articles in national dental magazines, as well as The International Journal of Periodontics & Restorative Dentistry, and has twice been honored with the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry Gold Medal. Bruce Peltier, Ph.D., M.Ed., MBA
Bruce Peltier

Dr. Bruce Peltier is a professor of psychology and ethics at University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He is a 1970 graduate of West Point and has a master’s degree in education, a doctorate in counseling psychology and an MBA. Dr. Peltier authored “The Psychology of Executive Coaching” and has published more than 70 articles. Dr. Peltier has provided remediation services for nearly 100 doctors and practitioners who have had their license disciplined over the past 20 years. Brock Rondeau, DDS, IBO, DABCP
Brock Rondeau

Dr. Brock Rondeau is a general dentist specializing in orthodontic, orthopedic and TMJ problems. A 1966 graduate of Dalhousie University Dental School in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, Dr. Rondeau is recognized as a leader in the orthodontic profession. His many honors include: Diplomat of the International Board of Orthodontics; past president for the International Association for Orthodontics; and member of the American Association of Functional Orthodontics, International Association for Orthodontics, AGD, London & District Dental Society, ADSM, Ontario and Canadian Dental Associations, and AACP. James F. Simon, DDS, M.Ed.
James Simon

Dr. James Simon is a professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, Memphis, where he is director of the Division of Esthetic Dentistry. A 1969 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, he served two years in the U.S. Navy (1969–71) and was in private practice in Orlando, Florida, until 1979. Dr. Simon has also served on the faculty of Louisiana State University College of Dentistry, New Orleans, and University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
