Dr. Timothy Kosinski graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and received a Master of Science degree in biochemistry from Wayne State University School of Medicine. An adjunct clinical professor at UDM School of Dentistry, he serves on the editorial review board of numerous dental journals. Dr. Kosinski is a Diplomate of the ABOI/ID, ICOI and American Society of Osseointegration, and a Fellow of the AAID, ACD, ICD and ADI. He has a Mastership in the AGD and is immediate past president of the Michigan AGD, from which he received the Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition award in 2009 and 2014. Dr. Ara Nazarian maintains a private practice in Troy, Michigan, with an emphasis on comprehensive and restorative care. Dr. Natalie Wong earned her DDS from the University of Toronto in 1996 and received her Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan in 2007. She is the only dentist who has obtained the combination of board certification in prosthodontics and implant dentistry in the U.S. as well as board certification in prosthodontics in Canada. Dr. Jack Hahn earned his DDS from Ohio State University College of Dentistry, and completed postgraduate coursework at Boston University, New York University, the University of Michigan and the University of Kentucky. A pioneer in the field of implant dentistry, Dr. Hahn developed the NobelReplace® dental implant system for Nobel Biocare and has been actively involved in placing and restoring implants for 40 years. Dr. Siamak Abai is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Graduate Education program in Prosthodontics with a master’s degree in oral biology and prosthodontics. He earned his DDS degree from Columbia University, followed by two years of residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. Abai is director of clinical research and development for the Implant division of Glidewell Laboratories, where he is involved in the advancement of guided implant surgery through an all-digital workflow. Shreya Shah graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the Modern Dental College & Research Centre at the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya University in India. She went on to earn a master’s degree in dental biomaterials from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2011. Shreya began her career at Glidewell Laboratories in 2012 and has since made significant contributions as an R&D research associate. GRANT BULLIS, MBA

Grant Bullis, vice president and general manager of the Implant division at Glidewell Laboratories, began his dental industry career at Steri-Oss (now Nobel Biocare) in 1997. Since joining the lab in 2007, Grant has been integral in obtaining FDA and international clearances for the company’s Inclusive® Mini Implants, Tapered Implant System and custom implant prosthetics. He oversees all aspects of implant product development and manufacturing for more than 1,000 implant and prosthetic components. He has an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Greg Minzenmayer, chief operating officer at Glidewell Laboratories, has a career in the dental industry spanning over two decades, with a proven track record in sales, product management, marketing and business development. In 1994, he began at Den-Mat and in 1996 moved to Steri-Oss. Following the company’s acquisition by Nobel Biocare, Greg was promoted into the product development group and later to the position of director of marketing. He joined Glidewell in 2006 as director of implant business development, was appointed chief operating officer in 2010, and has been essential to the lab’s extensive growth in dental implants and prosthetics. Sae Kim joined Glidewell Laboratories in 1999 as a technician in the BioTemps® department. As the lab began implementing CAD/CAM tools into the production workflow, Sae joined the ranks of skilled technicians learning and mastering the art of digital dental design. In 2012, he was promoted to a CAD/CAM quality control supervisor position responsible for the digital production of a wide variety of fixed restorations. Sae took on his new role as CAD/CAM manager for the BioTemps department in 2014 and currently oversees the design of temporary dental restorations for both natural teeth and implants.
