Dr. Justin Chi
Director of Clinical Technologies
Dr. Justin Chi earned his Bachelor of Science in Dental Laboratory Technology from LSU and became a Certified Dental Technician in crown and bridge before receiving his DDS from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC. Since joining Glidewell as a clinical development leader in 2015, he has focused on advancing digital dentistry through clinical research, materials development, and chairside CAD/CAM workflows. Drawing on both laboratory and clinical experience, Dr. Chi lectures nationally on efficient, predictable restorative techniques in the modern digital practice.
Dr. Taylor Manalili
Director of Clinical Prosthodontics
Dr. Taylor Manalili earned a chemical engineering degree from Northeastern University and a DDS with advanced prosthodontic training from Stony Brook University. As director of clinical prosthodontics at Glidewell, her work includes testing and validating digital workflows for implant surgery and single-unit to full-arch restorative materials. She helps drive evidence‑based innovation, guided by her vision to help dentists understand which innovations genuinely improve care and reduce daily stress.
Dr. Jinny Bender
Staff Dentist
Born in Seoul and raised in the U.S., Dr. Jinny Bender was inspired to pursue dentistry after childhood experiences with clinicians who helped her gain confidence through her smile. She earned a BA in Biological Sciences from UC Berkeley and a DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, then built a 27‑year career spanning private practice and leadership roles before joining Glidewell in 2022. A passionate advocate for innovation, mentorship, and patient care, she believes that “it doesn’t matter if you have been practicing dentistry for one or 30 years; we are constantly changing and learning to be better.”
Dr. Danielle Brown
Staff Dentist
Dr. Danielle Brown graduated from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC in 2016 and spent seven years in private practice, focused on esthetic dentistry. She served five years on the board of the Western Los Angeles Dental Society and earned the “Top 40 Under 40” award from the National Dental Association in 2023. She currently serves on the executive board of the Angel City Dental Society, and on the Scientific Committee of the National Dental Association. Dr. Brown graduated from the Guiding Leaders dental professional development program in 2023 and is now a clinician and educator at Glidewell.
Dr. Bushra Imam
Director of Education & Integration
Dr. Bushra Imam is a general practitioner from Atlanta, Georgia, with 15 years of experience in the full-arch implant and digital dentistry field. She earned her dental degree and graduated with honors from Cairo University. In 2017, she completed her NBDE certification in the U.S. Dr. Imam has become an authority in restoring complex implant cases. As director of education and integration at Glidewell, her work is focused on teaching the surgical and restorative phases of implantology.
