Dr. Steven Barrett earned his DDS from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and shortly after joined the U.S. Navy, where he served for three years. In 1991, he joined Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics, a private group practice now with over 80 locations in Florida. Currently the clinical director and a senior partner with the group, he uses his 30 years of experience practicing restorative dentistry to organize the group’s in-house continuing education program, lecture at dental schools and provide one-on-one mentorships throughout the state.
Dr. Chad Duplantis is a graduate of the School of Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He has been in private practice since 2000 in the Fort Worth, Texas, area, and has been incorporating CAD/CAM technology into his practice since 2004. Dr. Duplantis lectures and publishes frequently in the field of digital dentistry, with a particular focus on how to transition new technology into the private dental practice.
Dr. Vincent Foring is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with clinical honors in 2011. He operates a private practice focused on restorative, cosmetic and implant dentistry in Oakhurst, New Jersey, where he also serves as the team dentist to Monmouth University sports teams, managing facial trauma from sports injuries. Dr. Suzanne Haley received her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from the University of Georgia and graduated with honors from the Medical College of Georgia, where she earned her DMD degree. She opened her practice in 1992 in Brunswick, Georgia, and built her current practice in St. Simons Island, Georgia, in 1994. Dr. Haley is an instructor for the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, where she teaches dental sleep medicine, TMJ therapy and facial esthetics. She is also a diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA).
Dr. Timothy Kosinski graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and received a Master of Science degree in biochemistry from Wayne State University School of Medicine. In addition to serving on the editorial review board of numerous dental journals, Dr. Kosinski has published over 240 articles and contributed to textbooks on the surgical and prosthetic phases of implant dentistry. He is currently the editor of General Dentistry, the journal of the AGD.
Dr. David Resnick graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1992. He practices general and implant dentistry in Ada, Minnesota, and frequently lectures on implant prosthetics, surgical asepsis and bone grafting procedures. Dr. Resnick is an inductee of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, diplomate of the diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, and honored fellow of the AAID, from which he received the Paul Johnson Service Award. Dr. Randolph Resnik is a leading clinician, educator, researcher, and author in the field of prosthodontics and oral implantology. Dr. Resnik received his dental degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation from dental school, he continued his training at the University of Pittsburgh, receiving a specialty degree in prosthodontics, a surgical fellowship in Oral Implantology, and a master's degree in oral implantology/radiology. He is currently the director of the Resnik Implant Institute. Dr. Resnik serves on faculty positions at numerous universities, including The University of Pittsburgh (graduate prosthodontics), Temple University (oral implantology and periodontics), and Allegheny General Hospital (oral and maxillofacial surgery). Along with his passion for lecturing and education, Dr. Resnik is also an accomplished author, having published over 200 articles. His recent textbooks, Avoiding Complications in Oral Implantology, 4th Edition of Contemporary Implant Dentistry, and 3rd edition of Dental Implant Prosthetics are bestsellers in the field of implant dentistry. Dr. Resnik currently maintains a private practice in Orlando, Florida.
Carrie Webber is chief communications officer and co-owner of Jameson Management, Inc., a dental management, marketing and hygiene coaching firm. Carrie creates customer service and business development opportunities as well as marketing initiatives and social media strategies to effectively communicate the Jameson message to the dental profession. She contributes to several publications and is a frequent speaker at dental meetings nationwide.
Dr. Siamak Abai earned his DDS degree from Columbia University in 2004, followed by two years of residency in general dentistry. After two years of general private practice in Huntington Beach, California, he returned to academia and received an MMedSc degree and a certificate in prosthodontics from Harvard University. Dr. Abai brings nearly 10 years of clinical, research and lecturing experience to his role as director of clinical research and development for Glidewell Laboratories’ Implant division. He is also editor-in-chief and clinical editor of Inclusive™ magazine. Before joining Glidewell in January 2012, Dr. Abai practiced at the Wöhrle Dental Implant Clinic in Newport Beach, California.
Dr. Mayuri Kerr earned her degree in dentistry from Government Dental College and Hospital, Aurangabad, India, and worked in her father’s high-volume practice for seven years. She then went on to graduate from UCLA with a Master of Biomedical Engineering degree in the biomaterials, biomechanics and tissue engineering track. Dr. Anamaria Muresan is a graduate of the Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. Prior to receiving her DMD, Dr. Muresan spent 12 years as ceramic manager at Glidewell Laboratories. In 2013, after earning her DMD and completing a one-year continuum in implant dentistry, Dr. Muresan returned to Glidewell Dental to join the operatory team as director of clinical research.
Dr. Neil Park is vice president of clinical affairs for Glidewell. He received his DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry in Florida before moving on to an accomplished career in the dental implant field, developing continuing education programs and implementing a predoctoral implant curriculum in universities throughout North America. In 2016, Dr. Park joined Glidewell, where he oversees clinical research as well as training and education programs for implant and restorative solutions.
