Dr. Michael DiTolla is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and he is a fellow of the AGD. After working in private practice for 15 years, he became director of clinical education and research at Glidewell, where he gained an intimate knowledge of U.S. dentists’ crown & bridge habits. From 2006 to 2009, Dr. DiTolla led the clinical team at Glidewell that developed and brought BruxZir® Zirconia to market. In 2011, he received the “Most Effective Dentist Educator” award in a nationwide survey of dentists. Four years later, he became the director of clinical affairs at Dentsply Sirona, and in 2017 he was named the vice president of clinical affairs and communications at AEGIS Communications. Dr. DiTolla has given over 1,000 lectures to dentists worldwide, and his online videos have been viewed more than 10 million times by clinicians.
Dr. Tarun Agarwal is a 1999 graduate of the University of Missouri, Kansas City, who has built a successful general dentistry practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Dr. David Clark founded the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, an international organization established to advance the art and science of microdentistry, microendodontics, microperiodontics and dental microsurgery. A 1986 graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry, he now serves as course director at the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute. Dr. Clark has conducted retrospective studies on retention and wear of minimally invasive posterior composites, and cross-sectional studies of coronal fracturing of previously restored teeth. He owns patents on diastema closure and anatomic anterior matrices. Dr. Clark has authored more than 20 published articles, works on the editorial board of several journals, and is currently coauthoring a textbook for schools and practicing dentists. Dr. Richard Allen Glenner is a renowned dentist, educator, historian and writer. Earning his DDS degree from University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1959, he went on to attend the Army Medical Service School for two years, after which he started a private practice in Chicago, Illinois. As a researcher, author and former historian of The American Academy of the History of Dentistry, Dr. Glenner’s contributions to our knowledge of dental history include two books and countless articles. He has served as a dental consultant to the Smithsonian Institution and various corporations, libraries, universities, museums and dental journals. He also has lectured extensively at events across the industry. Dr. Glenner is now retired.

Dr. Richard Winter graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1988. He is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry and a Diplomate in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He holds Fellowships in the Academy of Dentistry International and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Winter has published numerous articles on comprehensive implant and reconstructive dentistry, emphasizing “upgradeable dentistry,” advanced treatment planning for implant success and general dentistry as a specialty.
