Glidewell Dental Symposium 2018 – Bigger and Better

June 18, 2018
Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland

Following a sold-out debut event last year, the Glidewell Dental Symposium will be even bigger and better in 2018. Attendees at the second symposium, scheduled for Oct. 19–20, will benefit from more dental topics, more speakers and more practical experience, as hands-on workshops will fill the second part of the two-day program in the Washington, D.C., area. All of the action will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, an ideal location whether you live on the eastern seaboard or simply desire a world-class destination for high-quality continuing education.

At the symposium, a diverse mix of thought-provoking presentations is going to be available. The 2018 programming is set to expand on the topics covered at the first symposium and sustain the fast-paced agenda that proved so popular.

“During the inaugural symposium, we provided the latest practical clinical information on almost every phase of general dentistry: restorative, surgical, in-office milling, esthetic solutions and dental sleep medicine,” said Dr. Neil Park, scientific chair of the Glidewell Symposium and vice president of clinical affairs at Glidewell Dental.

“This year, I have asked our speakers to refine their presentations to deliver only the newest and most practical information; the presentations are going to be short and informative, which means we’ll have time for even more presenters and topics,” he added. “And for the area that interests you most, you can return the next day to learn more about that topic during four hours of hands-on training.”

Interactive exhibits, including a virtual reality tour of Glidewell Dental, are also going to be available. And after getting an up-close look at research & development at Glidewell Dental, you can then see hallmarks of that R&D in the glidewell.io™ In-Office Solution, a suite of technologies that provides a seamless entry into the digital workflow, whether clinicians wish to offer one-visit dentistry or have cases fabricated by the lab. These innovations are just a few of the many that are planned for the symposium in October.
