The Glidewell Clinical Education team delivers in-person and online education focused on providing doctors with affordable, effective treatment solutions that rebuild smiles and improve patients’ quality of life. Educational offerings range from free, expertly produced online case videos to immersive, hands-on multiday courses and symposia. Together, these programs address all aspects of modern implant and restorative dentistry, combining in-depth lectures with practical training to help clinicians build confidence and achieve greater success in their practices.

Andy has partnered with dentists for nearly 30 years. Before joining Glidewell, he was Marketing Director at VITA, a global dental materials company headquartered in Germany with North American operations in Orange County, California. His perspective on what truly matters to clinicians comes from his innate curiosity, which has led to visits to hundreds of dentists across the U.S. and Europe as well as collaborations with clinicians on research, white papers, and instructional materials. Since joining Glidewell in 2017, Andy has led the education and events team with the vision of providing practical, timely education that helps dentists grow their practices.

With more than 21 years of experience in dentistry, including 15 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Nikole understands what makes education meaningful, practical, and impactful for dental teams. She is a strong advocate for continuous learning and effective communication, believing both are essential to professional growth. Nikole is deeply committed to professional development and currently serves on the board of the Long Beach Dental Hygienists’ Society and the local chapter of Toastmasters. Her experience in clinical practice, combined with her thoughtful approach to faculty development and content creation, helps ensure online educational programs and in-person symposia are engaging, relevant, and designed to elevate patient care.

Megan joined Glidewell’s clinical education initiative in 2015 and has since been instrumental in shaping and expanding the program through more than a decade of course development. Today, she leads a team responsible for providing live, in-person training at Glidewell’s flagship education center in Irvine, California, and dozens of locations across the country. Her knowledge of what clinicians are looking for, combined with her keen aptitude for developing compelling hands-on training, keeps Glidewell’s educational offering compelling and cutting-edge. A key to her success is frequently attending courses as a student, gaining insight into the effectiveness of the experience and obtaining valuable feedback from attendees.
